Customer care was paramount to him when selling boats, and he constantly ensured that his customers were satisfied, even after the boat was delivered.He intends to use the same level of care in this agency, providing individualised customer care from start to finish.

Marie-Laure holds a degree in management and marketing and has experience as a "customer experience coordinator" in the automotive industry. After leaving the automotive industry, she managed a hunting ground where her main responsibilities were short-term rentals and the planning of on-site events.She is ever inclined to listen to the client’s needs in order to determine how to best serve them.
