Our Fees and Rates
Land transfer and registration fees
Please note that the following fees will be borneby the purchaser as well as the seller following a sales transaction:
- • 5% registration fees on the property value
- • 5% land transfer tax on the declared value of the property
Notary fees
Please note that the notary fees are applicable only to the purchaser on a purchase transaction, and vary depending on the notary:
- • 2% on the first Rs 250 000
- • 1.5% on the next Rs 500 000
- • 1% on the next Rs 1 000 000
- • 0.05% on the remaining balance
Agency Fees
Please note that the following fees will be borne by the purchaser as well as the seller following a transaction:
Sales/Purchase transactions
- • 2% of the total transaction price + VAT
Long-term rental transactions
- • 1month rental + VAT upon signature of a 1-year contract or more
- • 10% of the total rental amount + VAT upon signature of rental contract under 1 year
